Membership Tiers & Eligibility

The Trident Privilege programme has 4 membership tiers

 Red Tier:

  

All new members are enrolled into the Red Tier which is the base tier of Trident Privilege Programme.

Red tier members are rewarded 10 points for every eligible spend of INR 100 towards at any of the participating Trident Hotels.

The benefits and privileges to Red tier members include:

  1. Exclusive 10% savings on bookings made on www.tridenthotels.com, all year round
  2. Accrual and redemption of points earned during non-residential dining at Trident Hotels' restaurants
  3. Member exclusive offers

 Silver Tier:

  

On completion of 4 eligible nights in a rolling period of 12 months from the date of enrolment, the member will be upgraded to the Silver Tier.

Silver Tier members are rewarded 10% additional points on base tier earnings for every eligible spend of INR 100 towards at any of the participating Trident Hotels.

Some of the exclusive benefits and privileges offered to Silver members include:

  1. Exclusive 10% savings when you book online
  2. Early check-in at 11am (subject to availability)
  3. Late check-out until 2pm (subject to availability)
  4. 10% savings on dining at restaurants in Trident Hotels
  5. 10% savings on treatments at the Trident Spa
  6. 10% savings on business centre and laundry charges
  7. Member exclusive offers

 Gold Tier:

  

On completion of 10 eligible nights in a rolling period of 12 months from the date of enrolment, the member will be upgraded to the Gold Tier.

Gold Tier members are rewarded 25% additional points on base tier earnings for every eligible spend of INR 100 at any of the participating Trident Hotels.

Some of the exclusive benefits and privileges offered to Gold members include:

  1. Exclusive 10% savings when you book online
  2. Early check-in at 11am (subject to availability)
  3. Late check-out until 4pm (subject to availability)
  4. Double occupancy at no extra charge
  5. 15% savings on dining at restaurants in Trident Hotels
  6. 15% savings on treatments at the Trident Spa
  7. 15% savings on business centre and laundry charges
  8. 50% savings on published rate of suites on weekends (Friday to Sunday)
  9. Premium Wi-Fi for unlimited number of devices
  10. Member exclusive offers

 Platinum Tier:

  

On completion of 24 eligible nights in a rolling period of 12 month from the date of enrolment, the member will be upgraded to the highest tier of the programme – the Platinum Tier.

Platinum tier members are rewarded 50% additional points on base tier earnings for every eligible spend of INR 100 at any of the participating Trident Hotels.

Some of the exclusive benefits and privileges offered to Platinum members include:

  1. Exclusive 10% savings when you book online
  2. Early check-in at 11am (subject to availability)
  3. Late check-out until 4pm (subject to availability)
  4. Double occupancy at no extra charge
  5. 25% savings every time you dine at restaurants in Trident Hotels
  6. 25% savings on treatments at the Trident Spa
  7. 25% savings on business centre and laundry charges
  8. 50% savings on published rate of suites on weekends (Friday to Sunday)

  10. Upgrade to the next room category (Barring Suite and Limited to Rooms)

Trident Privilege also wishes to celebrate the important programme 'milestones' achieved by you during our association, with some exciting rewards as a token of our appreciation.

  • Dining Certificate worth INR 3,000 will be awarded on completion of X3 stays in accordance with the pattern of 03 stays, 13 stays, 23 stays, 33 stays and so on.
  • Spa Treatment Certificate of 50% discount will be awarded on completion of X5 stays in accordance with the pattern of 05 stays, 15 stays, 25 stays, 35 stays and so on.
  • 5,000 Bonus Points will be awarded on completion of X8 stays in accordance with the pattern of 08 stays, 18 stays, 28 stays, 38 stays and so on.
  • Suite Upgrade Certificate (maximum for 2 nights) will be awarded on completion of X0 stays in accordance with the pattern of 10 stays, 20 stays, 30 stays, 40 stays and so on.
